As for safety, EC Wilson has a federal Food Safety inspector in our building supervising our work from their own dedicated office EVERY day. We employ automated sensors and alarms to check for changes in temperature, and follow an extensive HACCP plan for safety and quality assurance. That’s why you can be assured that any steaks, lamb, pork, or chicken cut at our facility will be the safest you can buy anywhere (including the grocery store).
