GRASS-FED RIBEYE: GRILLED DECADENCE

Smaller than grain-finished beef, our 100% grass-fed ribeyes pack a ton of flavor. Beef that is entirely grass-fed tends to take on a more yellow color to the fat than the stark white of grain-finished beef, as well as a deeper red color to the flesh.

Sometimes grass-fed beef gets a bad rap, because of producers that are trying to pass off aged dairy cattle, or cattle that were never meant to be beef cattle as “grass-fed.” While this claim is technically true, it has allowed an inferior product to color the market.

To raise grass-fed beef right requires time and investment for cattle that will ultimately weigh less, thus coming in at a higher cost. However, the end result can be superb, and we hope you’ll find that’s the case with our 100% grass fed ribeyes.
