BONELESS KALBI RIBS: SWEET, DELICIOUS, & READY IN A HURRY

We love this cut here at EC2Go, because with a small amount of pre-planning you can have a meal that’s easy to prepare, and will make an impact at your next barbecue in a hurry.

Simply:

1. Buy a bag of these boneless kalbi ribs

2. Open it and add in a half bottle of kalbi or Korean BBQ marinade, making sure to rub it between the individual slices

3. Let it rest overnight

When you go grill these the next day, make sure your grill is nice and hot, then just drop these on for 2-4 minutes per side on both sides, and you’re done.

Quicker than burgers or hot dogs and definitely a fun option.
