Headed by Sean Sanderson, former owner of Lynnwood, WA Butcher Shop S&L Meats, and Production Manager at Sysco Los Angeles, one of the largest steak production rooms in the country, our team is trained in the safest and most effective production methods from day one.

Experienced in trimming and portioning meat for many of the most respected and demanding chefs in the industry, we now put our talents to work for your household.

As for safety, EC Wilson has a federal Food Safety inspector in our building supervising our work from their own dedicated office EVERY day. We employ automated sensors and alarms to check for changes in temperature, and follow an extensive HACCP plan for safety and quality assurance. That’s why you can be assured that any steaks, lamb, pork, or chicken cut at our facility will be the safest you can buy anywhere (including the grocery store).
